DIY Lip Scrub

During this winter weather my lips stay chapped and dry. There's only so much carmax can do. This recipe for lip scrub will remove all the dry dead skin, for a softer lip! There's nothing like a soft kissable pair of lips! And the best part...you can make it yourself with ingredients you already have in your kitchen! I cant wait to try this and see what the end results are. I do have a hand and foot scrub recipe I've been using for over a year and it works great! I'll post the recipe for the hand and foot scrub as well.
